Byzantine Rose Set - Custom Work

My brother bought this Sterling Silver Byzantine Rose Bracelet for his wife awhile back and from there she asked if I could make matching earrings and a necklace.  I told her I would give it a try.  He surprised her with them for Christmas.

Japanese Chainmail Necklace with Jet Black Swarovski Crystals

This necklace ended up being one of my all time favorite projects.  The weave is a Japanese 12-in-2 weave.  The hardest part of the whole piece was wire wrapping the Swarovski crystal briolettes.  Wow, that was a challenge for someone who has never done it before.  But after breaking a few crystals and wasting some wire I got the hang of it and was very happy with how they all turned out.

4-H Gift

My daughter had a 4-H Christmas Party and they were asked to bring a $5.00 gift. After thinking about all the possibilities out there we decided to do a Scrabble Tile Pendant as the gift. This one is a little different and cheaper than the other two I've posted here on my blog. I used a Shiny Silver Plated Ball Chain instead of the beads and Swarovski Crystals. Which cuts my cost and yours so if you would like just the ball chain and Scrabble Tile Pendant I charge $5.00. The ones with beads are not interchangeable with other Scrabble Tile Pendants.  With ball chain you can buy many pendants and change them out as you like.  Keep checking back for different pendants.

S.S. Double Cross Necklace with Amethyst Swarovski Crystals

Posted by Picasa

I just finished this necklace today.  I had intended for these jump rings to be made into a bracelet but they ended up the wrong size.  I tried everything I could think of hoping they were not a total waste.  Then when I was going through all my old stuff and saw the earrings that match this necklace I thought I'd give it a try and it worked out which led to the birth of this necklace.  This necklace is for sale at my Etsy Shop.  Double Cross Necklace.

Fleur-de-lis

Here is what happens when two creative people come together...a very cute hairbow!  My mom made this Fleur-de-lis miniature lace on her embroidery machine.  And I made the bow.  I love making bows but I'm not planning to make a business of it, I need to spend more time on my jewelry.  So if you would like to purchase this or any of her other miniature lace designs (pictures coming soon!) for your own hairbow businesses let me know.  If you like what you see and have something in mind I will happily make you a bow.  Contact me for details.  My cousin makes some amazing bows check them out here: lilcutiehairbows.blogspot.com or her Etsy Shop.

Fleur-de-lis 1 1/4" are $2.00
Layered Butterflies 2 1/4" are $4.00
